All Abilities provides social, community and recreational programs and support to people with disabilities. Since opening in July 2020, our programs have engaged participants with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), Down syndrome, Cerebral palsy, Epilepsy, sensory processing disorder, hearing and vision impairments, Acquired Brain Injury, ADHD, and many other disabilities.

Our programs allow participants to experience positive social, physical, and emotional benefits. For example: building balance and proprioception, vestibular input, spatial awareness, visual stabilisation, fine and gross motor skills, maintaining muscle strength, range of motion, balance, mobility, memory, musicality, teamwork, relationship building, self-confidence and communication skills, all while building independence, making friends, increasing self-esteem and resilience.

We are also the only studio in Adelaide, South Australia that offer recreation, competition and online cheer and dance programs, under the one roof, solely for people of all ages and disabilities.
